I just finished updating the new free real estate course download of the week on the Learn To Be Rich game.

This week the new download is on how to analyze real estate deals. Specifically, this particular course discusses how to analyze deals based on Net Operating Income when looking at properties as cash flow producing investments. It is basically the same analysis that I do for the property on Analyzed Deals and the other Real Estate Resource family of websites so that audio is a particularly good supplement to the analysis you'd read on those websites.
